Today, Melbourne indie rockers Empire Park release their EP NOBODY’S WATCHING ME. The EP is about the search for individual identity, autonomy, purpose, fulfillment and self-belief in a culture which promotes wealth, popularity and romantic love as the highest forms of validation
“I know that at nineteen, I know almost nothing about life, the world or even myself. This record is an acknowledgment of that, and a snapshot of my experiences, thoughts and insecurities at the very beginning of my life. I am questioning myself and the world around me and looking for ways to try and be a better human; more complete, more empathetic, less combative, less afraid, and to be able to turn my ambition into something meaningful, universal and worth remembering.” – Harrison Manton
This month, Empire Park will be touring with fellow Melbourne indie group, Club Yorke, who are celebrating the release of their new single “Stop The Bleeding”. Together, they are set to bring an explosive live show to a venue near you, through into July.
Catch Empire Park and Club Yorke performing live on their national East Coast Co-Headline 2018 Tour. With an explosive live show driven by the passionate belief of each song’s story, Empire Park delivers a sprawling, nostalgia-tinged sound and you’ll be able to catch them performing live on their national EP tour.
