West Australian hip-hop artist, Ziggy Ramo is bringing his music home and performing at The Sewing Room June 8 as part of his A to Z Australian Tour.
Powering his way through the industry by working with Briggs and Remi, and Grammy nominee Kehlani, Ramo has created impactful music with a silky flow and dazzling effect. Tackling issues such as indigenous inequality and mental health, Ramo has been proclaimed to be Triple J’s “one to watch” in 2017. A TO Z was created with the inspiration of Ramo’s partner.

Set to perform his latest Tracks, audiences at The Sewing Room can expect laid- back vibes with soulful rhythms, along with Ramo’s usual hard-hitting politically charged messages. “My only goal in life is to be a catalyst for change, in any shape or form,” he says, especially when an emphasis on issues faced by Aboriginal communities in Australia. “I feel like we need more Indigenous voices.”
The Sewing Room, an intimate venue on Wolf Lane is a new live music venue for all genres and artists big or small, with a passion for showcasing local talent and artists who are changing the music scene.
