It’s time to stop and smell the Rosè as Grapevine brings the party to Rochford Winery this November.  Instead of wine(ing) about having nowhere to indulge your senses, Grapevine is your next grape musical adventure!

From the team that brought you Hot Dub Wine Machine, Grapevine is giving you plenty of Rieslings to indulge in the finest of culinary delights and sumptuous beverages while vibrating to some of the most currently relevant musical talent on the vine.  A hand-picked, ripe harvest of acts including The Preatures, Bag Raiders, Claptone, George Maple, Running Touch, Cub Sport, Lovebirds, Nora En Pure, Big Words and London Topaz will bring the full-bodied flavour to Rochford Winery on November 25th, 2017.

In the beautiful surrounds of Rochford Winery, in the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley, guests will be able to sample the best in local produce including wood-fired pizzas, gourmet burgers and slow-cooked, smoked treats and drink from the finest selection of wines grown and pressed on site at Rochford Winery, including gold medal winning bottles of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.  Lovers of fine beers will also be catered for with a selection of local craft brews available, along with a myriad of cocktails and of course, Frosé!

Because sip happens, don’t make a pour decision this summer, Grapevine will always be your partner in wine!

When The Preatures dropped their breakthrough single Is This How You Feel in 2013 it catapulted the five-piece from being Sydney’s worst kept secret to Australia’s freshest musical export. Clocking in at #9 on triple j’s Hottest 100 poll the song landed them on stages at Glastonbury, Coachella, Bonnaroo and the Jimmy Kimmel Live show. They followed up with debut LP Blue Planet Eyes and have since cemented themselves as one Australia’s most loved new rock acts.

Bag Raiders are Sydney based duo Jack Glass and Chris Stracey. Bursting onto the global dance scene as acclaimed remixers and club DJs du jour, it wasn’t long before this talented pair began to compose and craft their own tunes under the Bag Raiders moniker. Already favourites with music fans across the country and with a slew of EP’s, a bag full of remixes and a live show that has seen them conquer stages across the globe.

Since 2012, the rise of Claptone has been both consistent and innovative. Marrying sure shot house music with funk, soul, pop and indie flavours while adding that certain something through his golden-masked appearance. Delivering some of the most loved songs while restlessly covering every corner of the planet with up to 20 DJ shows every month, Claptone works hard to maintain his position as a global influencer with a twist.

George Maple first came to the world’s attention via her guest appearance on Flume‘s self-titled debut album in 2012. Since then her blend of seductive vocals and smooth downtempo R&B-influenced grooves have ignited flame in the hearts of music lovers across the country and indeed the planet.  A slew of guest appearances since including vocals on the DJ Snake hit Talkalong with her own guest laden Vacant Space EP and Maple has become one of Australia’s most-loved electro soul exports.

Running Touch is the mysterious artist from Melbourne that has grown from an industry whisper to one of the most esteemed new acts to hit the Australian dance music circuit. In a short amount of time, Running Touch has gained the praise and support of some of the industry’s most notable names for being one of the most innovative and talented acts to grace dancefloors in recent times.

Brisbane’s Cub Sport kicked into our consciousness in 2012 with the earworm single Evie.  Later that same year they solidified their reputation with the killer Told You So eclipsing expectation and becoming a breakout hit on US college radio. After releasing their debut LP This Is Our Vice in 2016 and touring the nation extensively while building a reputation as one of the country’s most exciting live acts, the quartet are just about to drop their second long player with a first taste in the single ‘O Lord’ already burning up since dropping in June.

Renowned for his repertoire of classy dancefloor rhythms and unique mellow tones, Lovebirds has wowed the dance world. Listening to Lovebirds is like taking trip back to the 70s and 80s – but making the trip in a gleaming futuristic spaceship.

Swiss-based, South African indie dance and deep house star Nora En Pure is on a quest to fullfil her need to arouse feelings of bliss and inject unconventional and serene sensations to be carried out into the world. A veteran of numerous amazing releases, it was her crossover hit Come With Me in 2013 that won a bigger fanbase made its way up on top of Beatport charts, remaining in Top100 for over 7 months.

Big Words are a hip hop influenced hybrid of soul and R&B, this uncommon collaboration of genres is a unique force that leaves a strong sense of familiarity on all who they encounter.
