PLATINUM-certified independent singer, songwriter, producer, and pop visionary Lauv unveils new single “i’m so tired…” with Troye Sivan. The pair are also set to perform the song on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on February 6th.

Troye Sivan said on the song: “’i’m so tired…’ is a heartbreak song about an inescapable person. Lauv is such a great songwriter, and him and I were writing together for his project when the song came about. We ended up creating an accidental duet, and I couldn’t be happier to be on the song.” 

Lauv added: “I’ve been a huge fan of Troye’s music and what he does for the world for years, so working with him was an absolute honor. When we wrote ‘i’m so tired…’ he just sounded too good singing it, so I think it was just natural to do the record together.”

The release of this single will be the last of Lauv’s before he heads back into the studio to record his debut album.

Additionally, Lauv said: “This song is also the last song I’m going to be putting out until I have my debut album ready, so I figured we’d go out on a heartbroken banger vibe so it’s sad but fun.” 

In celebration of their upcoming track, Lauv and Troye relaunched “Lauv Loves”, which is currently the #13 most followed artist curated Spotify playlist, to be a collaborative playlist. Renamed “Lauv x Troye Sivan: i’m so tired…”, the themed playlist features songs Lauv and Troye love to listen to when falling asleep. After announcing the playlist, the follower count skyrocketed past 92,000, Click HERE!

The release of “i’m so tired…” comes on the heels of Lauv’s single “There’s No Way” featuring GRAMMY nominated artist Julia Michaels. The single is currently #32 at Top 40 radio and continuing to climb. The pair performed the single on The Late Late Show with James Corden (HERE) and The Late Show with Stephen Colbert (HERE). Last year, Lauv performed his hit single, “I Like Me Better”, on the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, as well as the 2018 Teen Choice Awards, 2018 MTV Video Music Awards , Jimmy Kimmel Live! and TODAY. The single reached the Top 10 of Top 40 radio, #2 at Hot AC and the Top 10 at AC. A highlight of his 2018 project I met you when I was 18., the song scanned 2x PLATINUM in the US and he has surpassed over 1 billion cumulative streams worldwide.

Rounding out 2018, Lauv wrapped the US leg of his Fall 2018 World Tour and opening spot on select dates for Ed Sheeran’s US stadium tour.
