NEWCASTLE’S SCENE & HEARD FESTIVAL
EXPANDS TO
BRISBANE AND CAIRNS

Crank up the sub-woofer and load up the CD stacker because Newcastle’s SCENE & HEARD is back and expanding North into Maroons territory with two Queensland dates.
Following a massive debut last year, the festival will debut with a brand new line up in Cairns on Sunday 27 October, then head south to Brisbane on Saturday 2 November before a grand finale in its original home of Newcastle on Sunday 10 November.
With last year’s line up featuring the likes of The Living End, Spiderbait, Something for Kate, Sneaky Sound System and more, SCENE & HEARD organisers are upping the game for year two. They’ve curated an impressive live soundtrack aimed at transporting punters straight back to a time when Adam and Will reigned breakfast supreme and LIVID, Homebake and the Big Day Out were etched into the Australian festival vernacular.
